Powhiri
Last term on Wednesday the 1st of April we had the Kapa haka powhiri group. At the start of the performance, Ngapera and Tamara did welcome call to introduce there group.
While the powhiri group was performing the audience was quietly watching and listening to their music. The songs they sung was... Kapanui E, Ka waiata, Normal waiata, Kapiti E, Haere mai, and Peke mai. The whole audience really gave a big round of applause, when the powhiri group was done performing we all left the hall !!
